Based on her 15 years of clinical practice and research, Jane Na, Psy.D, takes an integrative approach to therapy and draw from a variety of empirical supported treatment methodologies and techniques to offer the most tailored, well-rounded care for clients. Treatment approaches include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Through support and collaboration, it is a mission to empower clients to make the necessary changes to reach their goals, overcome their struggles, manage their symptoms, strengthen their relationships with others and themselves, and ultimately promote a healthier outlook to address life.
In her free time, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years and two children, and serving in local communities.
